3. Your account
You can buy as a guest or create an account. Please keep your login details confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Trade customers (health food shops, pharmacies and practitioners) can apply for a trade account, which is subject to separate trade terms.
4. How the contract is made
- Add products to your basket and go to checkout.
- Enter your delivery and billing details and choose a delivery and payment method.
- Check your order, the total price (including VAT and delivery) and these terms, then click the button to place your order. This is an order with an obligation to pay.
- We will email you an order confirmation. The contract is formed when we send this confirmation.
If you spot a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible. If a product is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country (pounds sterling for the UK) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.
Payment methods available are shown at checkout {{CONFIRMAR: enumerar (tarjeta, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay…) – la sección 9.3 actual está vacía}}. We do not store your full card details. If payment is not authorised, the order will not be processed.
6. Subscriptions
Our subscription service is explained in our Subscription policy. You can change, skip or cancel a subscription at any time, free of charge, at least 48 hours before the next renewal.
7. Delivery
Delivery areas, charges, times and information on customs are set out in our Delivery policy. The products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
8. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except for sealed products that have been opened after delivery (for health protection and hygiene reasons). How to cancel, return goods and receive your refund is explained in our Returns and refunds policy.
9. Faulty products and your legal rights
We must supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you are in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and after that to a repair or replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund or price reduction. If you are in Ireland or the European Union, the legal guarantee of conformity of your national law applies. For advice about your legal rights in the UK, contact Citizens Advice. Please contact customer service with your order number and a description (and photographs, if possible) of the problem.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control; if that happens we will contact you and you may cancel and receive a refund for products not yet delivered.
11. Personal data
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
13. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact customer service first. These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country, but if you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you live in the UK, the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on where you live) will have jurisdiction.
